Being Grateful

Part of the Resilience Project that we are taking part in this year is identifying things we are grateful for. You can support this by having conversations as a family/whanau and talking about what it is to be grateful and what each of you are grateful for.

A suggestion could be to go around the table at home tonight and ask everyone to share something they were grateful for and/or something that went well today. This is something that can become part of your family’s routine every night.
