A massive thank you to everyone who has contributed towards our efforts in raising money to repair our adventure playground.  We are most grateful.

A very special thanks to our Parent Support Group who have worked extremely hard to ensure Thursday is a very successful day.

You are welcome to join your child for some part of the day if you’d like to in our quest to collectively walk the length of NZ and perhaps back again.

Students, with your permission, have nominated the time they want to take part during the day with over 25% of our students opting to start the walk between 7:00 – 9:00am.  Any student continuing to walk after the 2:30pm bus back to school will need to be personally collected from the athletics track unless prior arrangements have been made with the class teacher.  This is to ensure the safety of our students.

Students are asked to bring lunch and a filled water bottle.  Additionally, we will have a sausage sizzle ($2), hamburgers ($4), muffins and donuts ($2) and chocolate bars ($1).  Students have been encouraged to preorder the sausages and burgers.

On Thursday students need to wear their PE uniform and are encouraged to bring something warm if they are walking late afternoon and into the evening.

We will leave the sponsorship open until next Monday to ensure those who want to donate after the event may do so.  As of this morning we had raised just over $10,000 which is a fantastic effort.

On behalf of the school I would like to very much thank and acknowledge the following sponsors:
