Interview with Taylor Room 6

Taylor has just recently gotten into the NZ vs. Aussie team for water skiing!

How did you get into water skiing?
My dad has been skiing since he was a kid.

How often do you practice?
Every day in the summer.

When did you start competing?
When I was 8 years old.

What type of water skiing do you do?
Trick and Slalom. I am currently learning how to jump.

Is any one else involved in water skiing in your family?
My dad and my brother.

Who is your inspiration in water skiing?
Sarah Wainright.

What has been your greatest achievement?
The first time I first time I competed in the nationals I came 2nd, 3rd and 3rd and getting into the NZ vs. Aussie team.

Q: Whats the best thing about being the class reps?
AK: You are in charge.
AS: You get to organize things and get to go on trips.

Q: What do you hope to be when you grow up?
AK: A sports person.
AS: A vet.

Q: What do you like about our syndicate Matai?
AK: Red is a cool colour.
AS: Everyone is nice and channel K.

Q: What do you think about our teacher Ms arms?
AK: She is a cool teacher.
AS: She is really understanding and is easy to talk to.

Q: Whats your favorite subject at school?
AK: P.E.
AS: Unit study.

Q: If you could have one thing what would it be?
AK: A tropical island.
AS: Lots of money.

Q: If you could have one superpower what would it be?
AK: Ice powers.
AS: Shape shifter.

Q: If you had one wish what would you wish for?
AK: To be a pro rugby league player.
AS: To have more wishes.

Q: Whats the best thing about K.I.S?
AK: The specialists.
AS: P.E.

Q: What did you have for breakfast?
AK: Weetbix.
AS: Weetbix.

Q: Do you have a pig? If no do you have any other pets? What are their names?
AK: No I don't have a pig, I do have another pet it is a cat and its name is Ginger.

Q: If you were stranded on an island and you could have one thing what would it be?
AK: A Genie.
AS: My family.
