 Room 2Teacher: Mrs. K ROBERTS
Mrs. Roberts is the teacher in charge of Room 2.
As well as looking after her students, she is also in charge of the school's "Library" and "Resource Room".
 Room 16Teacher: Ms. O'CONNOR-McGIVEN
Ms. O'Connor team teaches in Room 16 with Mrs K Smith. This year they have moved from Room 5 in Kowhai to Rimu.
Ms O'Connor is also in charge of our internationally renown "Islands Of Life" and "Plant It Forward" Environmental Programmes.
 Room 4Teacher: Mrs. I MORGAN - Syndicate Leader
Mrs. Morgan is the longtime Syndicate Leader of Kowhai. She is also the teacher in Room 4.
Mrs. Morgan has a passion for English and organises our "Speech, Reading and Debating Competitions".
 Room 16 Teacher: Mrs. K SMITH
Mrs. Smith is co-teaching in Room 16 with Ms O'Connor.
Mrs. Smith says that she has the perfect job, two days teaching at K.I.S and 3 days looking after her little son.
 Room 5Teacher: Mr. J BROWN
Mr. Brown is now teaching in Room 5 (having moved from Rimu last year).
Mr Brown has a unique teaching style and is in charge of the "Lunchtime Sports Championships".
