 Gastronomy Guru: Mrs Noeline NISBETFood & Bio Technology
Mrs Nisbet is a foundation member of the Kamo Intermediate Staff, having been here since our school opened.
Mrs Nisbet started with Home Economics (which included sewing) to what it is today, Nutrition or Food & Bio Technology.
She is also master of the "K.I.S Timetable" (She is the only one who can decipher and make it work).
She is amazing and is now tutoring 5th Generation members of families who have attended K.I.S! She also has the most amazing memory for students and parents who have passed through her classroom! AWESOME!!!

 Room 10 Teacher : Mrs J GRANT
Mrs Grant is the teacher of Room 10.
Mrs Grant is also a keen sportsperson, being involved in Volleyball and Netball (Her mother was a member of the World Champion Silver Ferns in 1975).

Gourmet Chef: Mrs Nicky TAYLORFood & Bio Technology
Mrs Taylor is "Team-Teaching" in the Nutrition Room with Mrs Nisbet.
She also teaches students how to cook, healthy eating and making better choices for food, Mrs Taylor herself loves eating seafood the most.
Apart from teaching in the Nutrition Room, she is also a very good netballer and coach having played for Northland and Marist and has won the Local Senior A-Grade Competition.
 Design Guru: Ms Maree de BRUINTextile & Design
Ms de Bruin is the teacher in charge of Textile & Design. They learn about fabrics and textiles, how to design pieces and of course sewing.
As well as designing, cutting, joining and sewing, she is also our "Style Queen".

Artist Maker: Mrs R PHYNArt - Art - Art
Mrs Phyn is our Co-Teacher of Artists Extraordinaire
The array of "Fantastic" and "Amazing" pieces produced in Art is fantastic. The range of styles goes from van Gogh to Hundertwasser. Pasifika to Aborignal.
It has often been heard that "it's alright if you can't draw, Mrs Phyn can teach anyone to do Art".

 Artistic Director: Mrs Jo NICHOLSONArt - Art - Art
Mrs J Nicholson is our other teacher of Artists Extraordinaire.
Being very artistic herself, she is the master of many styles, from clay to sculpture to printing.
One of her best skills is she makes the best Marshmellow Slice.

 Tech Master: Mr Andrew EPSKAMPDesign Technology
Mr Epskamp is skilled in Electronics and loves Tech Drawing.
Apart from teaching Design Technology, he is also in charge of the very successful K.I.S Hockey Programme, the K.I.S Science Fair & organises the K.I.S Pacific Island Tours. He is quite a busy man!

 Woodwork Wizard: Mr Tim BROWNHard Materials
Mr Brown is one of the longest serving members on staff (only Mrs Nisbet has been here longer).
Mr Brown creates "Wooden Wonders" in his domain. Anything from CD Holders and Model Bi-Planes to Kayaks and Puppets appear from his workshop. He also creates full -sized yachts and dinghys in his Boat Building Extension.

 Hero 'n' Charge: Mr Vaughan WITTENInformation & Communication Technology
Mr Witten is in charge of all things I.T.
He is part of the "Heroes In Charge" Team and works out of Witten Manor (the Computer Suite).
He works on Computers to Tablets, ActivBoards to Cameras teaching Word Processing, Graphic Design, Photo Manipulation and Animation.
Mr Witten loves cricket, food, golf, Dukes of Hazard and sports. He is also willing to dress up and have fun where ever it may be.

 Music Maestro: Mr Graham HUGHESMusic Zone
The music maker, guitarist extraordinaire and fun.
Working out of the MusicZone in the D2D block.

Teacher: Mrs J Parry E-Team Leader - SENCOE-Team (Enrichment, Enhancement, Extension)
Mrs Parry leads the team in Room 12 & 13 or the "E-Team". what does the 'E' stand for? Enrichment, enhancement and extension.
They help with reading, spelling and maths. They also run some of our Extension Programmes like Spanish, French and Wordsmiths (a writers group).
