EXTENSION
with
MRS PHYN
Part of the Extension Programme we run in the school is the Impact Art Group run by our Art Teacher Mrs Phyn.
These students have been recognised as having a talent in the 'ART' field and are chosen to participate in this group to extend their talents further then the main stream art classes usually would.
IMPACT ART - 2006
Vintage car pictures created with tin foil, ink and dyes. Although they use normal magazine pictures of old vintage cars, the students 'tweak' them to put their own touch into the pieces.
IMPACT ART - 2004
The theme for Impact Art 2004 was that they worked on a "SIAPO meets KILLEEN" style of art. This combines 2 diverse elements, Samoan Tapa design with the style of NZ artist Killeen together to produce something TERRIFIC!!
