CENTRAL NORTHLAND SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FAIR 2009

There were 23 Science Fair projects nominated from the K.I.S Science Fair to compete against the best from around Central Northland in this years Central Northland Science & Technology Fair.
The prize giving was on the Tuesday night (25th August) and a number of our students were up for prizes. In the Year-7 & Year-8 sections our student did very well with Room 9's Mikayla G winning the best Year-7 project and Matt K also from Room 9 winning the best Year-8 projects.
The best was yet to come with Matt also winning the best Investigation project, but then he also won the TOP SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT OVERALL. Matt also is nominated to "Realise The Dream" To represent us at the National Science Fair.
Awesome job to all those who were selected, Well done to those prize winners and a huge Congratulations to Matt for winning.
A big thank you must go to Mr Kivell for all the mentoring and hard work you put in and also to Mr Epskamp for a job well done!
