CAMP COOPERS CRAZINESS!!!!!

CAMP COOPERS CRAZINESS

Camp at Coopers was awesome,
We split into groups; Georgia-May and me were in the same one.
The first thing we did was a walk to the pa site. It was very tiring; the walk back was all right though.

Our first rotation was going to Gum diggers Park, that was awesome, we saw lots of kauri trees gum, and where the diggers used to live, our favorite part was seeing the geckos and frogs, then we came back and had a delicious morning tea.

Our second rotation was seabiscuiting and kayaking, which was great; first I did kayaking, we kayaked up and around a buoy and back. We did other activities too. I spent a while in the water and then I was finally able to go on the boat, I jumped on the boat and watched the others skim through the water. And then it was my turn, yay! I (Georgia Mc) got on the biscuit with Cassidy (it was a double biscuit) we had so much fun going in and out of the wake and jumping the waves, its was so awesome that I didn’t want it to end.

After that it was the heritage trail. It was interesting finding out about the heritage of Coopers beach. When we had finished we were awarded with an ice block each. We had to walk up hills and round corners to find heritage points, it was very long, But I enjoyed it.

Our last rotation was A.B.L (adventure based learning) we worked together as a team to complete a series of tasks set by our teachers.

In top team challenge we won against the adults (who cheated) and finished the race! The race had swimming, running sliding, kayaking, braining, A.B.Ling and bogey board pulling.

On the last night we all did a quiz and our host was the beautiful Davina Palmer who had too much plastic surgery and very hairy legs.

Well, that was our Cool Camp Coopers.
