* TUG 'O' WAR *
- 12th to 20th February 2007 -

The first Lunchtime World Championship was contested for 2007 in “Tug 'O' War”. After 2 weeks of intense, muscle fatiguing competition we had finally reached FINALS DAY.

First up on finals day was the Plate Final between Room 5 (Mrs Garvitch & Mrs O'Connor’s Room) and Nikau 'B' (Mr Palmer’s Students). This was a really tough battle but the 1st winners of a Plate Final for 2007 were *Room 5* - WELL DONE!

Finally the much anticipated World Championship in “Tug O War” was contested between Room 7 (Mrs Hedley’s Class) and Nikau 'A' (Mrs Hudspith’s kids). In a battle of the strongest and in front of a large crowd, the contestants strained and tried while being encouraged by a lot of cheering (mostly from the teachers). The first class to be crowned World Champions for 2007 were NIKAU 'A' - AWESOME STUFF!!!
