Room 10’s Camp 2007

Room 10 went to Lonsdale Park for four days.
The weather was fine every day so we could do all our daily activities. We went to the beach and surfed for ages. While surfing, we saw stingrays in the water most of us felt scared.
When it was dark we played Spotlight. After spotlight we went into the bush one at a time, for an activity called Burma Trail. The night was fun but now we had to hit the sack at 10pm.
The next morning we woke up at seven in the morning, but some people got dragged out onto the wet grass because they wouldn’t wake up. The trip was two hours and you felt like going to sleep. One of our trips was to the Rainbow Warrior Memorial.
We climbed to the top of the Rainbow Warrior Mermorial. But we still had a long walk ahead of us to get down the hill. After a long day we had to go to sleep, we still had one more day ahead of us till we were back to school, the long days of school.
