Fantastic 4
PARADICE ICE SKATING
Clambering into line near the ice-skating ring I collected a pair of skates. I collected them from the charcoal black desk and walked over to a bench and sat down.
I slid the bulky boots onto my foot and wedged the last part of my foot into the spare space that was left in it.
I waddled towards the ring then gently placed one foot onto the ice.
The surface was slippery and the effect was instant. My second foot was already on the ice. I was the first one on the ice. I moved my right to the right on a angle, then did it with my left foot and I was on the way.
I felt so happy and relaxed like I was an expert. The cool air was refreshing as it wrapped around me like a silk robe.
Suddenly two people sped passed me, it was Bethany and Phillip, they were playing tag. Bethany tagged Phillip and skated away. Bethany asked me to play too, so I did. Phillip tagged me so I spun around chasing him, but I slipped on my side. I carefully stumbled to my feet and moved away and off the ice.
