K.I.S Roadshow - Nga Tipuranga "The Rising Stars" - 5th - 15th September 2005
The Annual D2D Production of the KIS Roadshow travelled to schools around the Whangarei area. With 13 performances over the 2 week period, mostly at our feeder schools, we hoped we inspired and entertained the audience so maybe when the children from the schools finally come to Kamo Intermediate maybe they will become the STARS of the future.

Nerves Kick-in shaking like mad, clinging tight to my cloak. Then comes the sound “alright your on”… oh my gosh, oh my gosh, we’re on.

Its Kamo High School, I’m going to stuff up, I know it. There goes Jadena the crowd goes mad! There goes Shontelle and there goes the crowd again. Next Shanan, then the crowd, then Taylor, then the crowd and now we’re on!

Ok up–drop–down, pick up–through, off–step, step–fore head–shoulders–down-look, look-out, out, in-shake, shake, shake-click, click, step-turn-look-roll. WOW that was cool, everyones gone, now the last dance. This is fun, wow, I feel great it’s over Yay!

Wow the other schools weren’t as bad as Kamo High (ex KIS pupils everywhere) and the last performance (a huge crowd came to our school hall). I had fun and really enjoyed it.
